OFFICAL RULES:
All Games
Must Start on Time!
No Offside
Rules
Restarts
must be within 5 seconds or will result in loss of possession.
No liquids
allowed on the field!
After a goal
is scored the defense may play immediately from within the goal arc.
Any player
may score from anywhere on the field and at any time during regulation.
No player
may shoot the ball from inside the box unless that player entered the box already having the ball. In which a defensive player
may enter to defend.
Players may
run through the goal box, but balls may not be played to an offensive player
while in the Box
An offensive
touch inside the goal box results in a goal kick for the defensive team
A defensive
touch within the goal box results in a Penalty Kick (PK) for the offensive team.
PK's begin
from a dead ball placed at Arc of the defensive end.
All players
must be behind half-field as the shooter is a shot on goal.
Once the
ball crosses the end line it is live! If scored, the ball will be live from
the arc,
and if missed the ball is live to play. Who will be first to the ball!
All set pieces,
and kick-ins are direct and may be scored.
Out of bounds
results in a kick-in, no throws.
Opponents
must honor 3 yards on all kicks.
4-10 minute
halves of non-stop action, teams switch at each quarter.
Substitutions
during a match are unrestricted and must enter & exit at half field only, and on the fly.
Exiting player
must be within 10 feet of the bench and not involved in play of the game.
Each team
will have one (45 second) time-out per half .
All rules
according to FIFA, except no offside. AND NO SLIDE TACKLING.
Teams will
receive 3 pts for a win, 1 pt for a tie, and zero points for a loss
Tiebreakers
will be broken as follows:
1. Head to
Head record
2. Goals
scored
3. Goal differential
4. Coin Toss
Maximum players
not to exceed 7 players.
Any team
receiving 2 red cards in a season will result in expulsion of that team.
A major foul
by players will result in a 2 minute penalty. The player must serve the
Penalty in
a separate area until the two minute or until a goal is scored.
A players
receiving a Yellow card must sit out in the penalty area for the Full two minute even if the team scores.
A player
receiving a Red Card must leave the field of play, another player must serve a full 5 minute penalty.
Major fouls:
•Tripping
•Holding
•Pushing
•Fighting – Always Red Card
Teams may
ONLY play 2 down on accumulative infractions. Any more will be served consecutively.
