2010 Fall Season Registration
Registration Deadline August 20th or until full.

Eligibility: New players must be 5 years old by July 31, 2010 and live in Hoboken or attend a school in Hoboken
in order to be eligible to play. Hoboken residents will have priority.

Instructional League: Ages 5 - 6 |
Division A: Ages 7 & 8 |

Division B: Ages 9 – 11 |
Division C: Ages 12 - 14 |
Step One: Open and Print the City of Hoboken Activity Registration Form. (One registration form per child).

Step Two: Complete form in its entirely.
Step Three:
- For new players make copies of participants Birth Certificate and Proof of address / Non-resident - Hoboken school
correspondence*.
- For existing players Proof of address / Non-resident - Hoboken school correspondence*.
*Proof
of residency is a utility bill, parent’s driver’s license.
*Non-residents
must include school report card or letter of acceptance of participant for current school year
Step Four: Make check payable to The City of Hoboken*: $25 for Residential, $35 for Non-Residential. This is
a non-refundable registration fee.

The registration fee is a fee collected by the City of Hoboken for proposes of offsetting operational costs involved in running
city sponsored recreational programs. This fee will be collected for all recreational programs.
Step Five:
